NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-001026-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2004 PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WHQ2, is Plaintiff and Theresa J. Waters, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block 9, Tamarac by the Gulf Second Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 74-75, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 14123 89th Ave, Seminole, FL 33776
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
