RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-010353-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DENISE J. CARPENTIERI, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Condominium Unit B-2, Building No. 230 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XXIII, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Pages 55 and 56, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 87, Pages 1 through 11, inclusive, all in accordance with, and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5908, Page 1261; O.R. Book 5912, Page 1931; O.R. Book 5914, Page 1729; O.R. Book 5918, Page 1534; O.R. Book 5922, Page 2014; O.R. Book 5928, Page 1206; O.R. Book 5979, Page 1615; O.R. Book 9959, Page 2193, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
