UNIT #109, of TWIN GABLES HOMEOWNERS, INC., whose address is 4097 - 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33714, according to Exhibit ā€œEā€ (site plan) of the Affidavit and more particularly described in that certain Memorandum of Proprietary Lease Master Occupancy Agreement (Master Form Proprietary Lease) the original of which is maintained in the office of the Corporation located at the property described in the Plot Plan, commonly known as Lot #109, TWIN GABLES HOMEOWNERS, INC., whose address is 4097 - 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33714, with a parcel ID# 03-31-16-92752-000-1090.
Together with a 1957 VAGA mobile home bearing vehicle identification number 1247657.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Stanley L. Martin, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2002 East 4th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605, on or before 7/28/2014 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
