NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522009CA005013XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK P, NORTH BAY HILLS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 95 THROUGH 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
