NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th day of July, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. EST, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash the following real and personal property more particularly described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit A-1, Sunset Watch, A Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 130, page(s) 20 through 24 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 12748, page 2507 et. seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 52-2012-CA-014669 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
