NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-016609-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association FKA The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A, as Trustee for RASC 2004KS1 is the Plaintiff and Brenda Burton; Unknown Spouse of Brenda Burton; Mark Bernard; Ana L. Korbelak AKA Ana Korbelak; Unknown Spouse of Ana L. Korbelak AKA Ana Korbelak; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK “V”, PINELBROOK ESTATES UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 89 AND 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
