NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-006045-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Raymond James Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Jeanne M. Brown a/k/a Jeanne Brown; Unknown Spouse of Jeanne M. Brown a/k/a Jeanne Brown; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as a nominee for Quicken Loans Inc. ; Northwick Arms, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 306 OF NORTHWICK ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 14 & 15, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED O.R. BOOK 4881, AT PAGE 601 AND AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
