NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2014, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Apartment #2, “E”, Southwest Wing, Building 18, On Top of the World Unit 39, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 39, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 4473, Pages 49-74, and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2320 Brisbane Street, #2, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 31st day of July, 2014 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
