NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-011846-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DOROTHY J. LARROW A/K/A DOROTHY LARROW, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8A, COLONIAL ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4847, PAGE 1750, AMEND IN O.R. BOOK 4865, PAGE 1840, O.R. BOOK 4975, PAGE 26 AND O.R. BOOK 5856, PAGE 808, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
