Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-021218, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and PETER STEENECK, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 104, THE ESTATES AT COBB`S LANDING, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of October, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
