Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 522009CA006148XXCICI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY E. MCDONOUGH, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLE J. MCDONOUGH, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, GULFVIEW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
