NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-005649-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 ASSET BACKED NOTES, Plaintiff, and CAROLINE DANIELSON AKA CAROL DANIELSON; CAPITAL ONE, FSBA, CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK; TENANT # 1 N/K/A ERICK DANIELSON; JOANN SHERIDAN; ANTHONY GENE WILLIAMS N/K/A TONY WILLIAMS; CHERYL WILLIAMS; MICHELLE WILLIAMS; KEVIN WILLIAMS; RUSSELL LEE WILLIAMS; THE ESTATE OF LARRY G. WILLIAMS; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of July, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, SECTION J, PINELLAS PARK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
