NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-001169-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and STEVE WIKE; DENISE WIKE; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS II ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14, BUILDING D, IMPERIAL COURT APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM II, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS AS CONTAINED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2863, PAGE 568 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 1 THROUGH 3, OFTHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
