NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-10426-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ANGELA MCLEISH A/K/A ANGELA MCLEIGH; BRIAN MOLOUGHNEY, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 42.7 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE NORTH 47.60 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK “A”, OF WIDEVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
