MUNDET A/K/A STEPHEN MUNDET; CROSSINGS AT CONWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/01/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 4061, BUILDING C, CROSSINGS AT CONWAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8706, PAGES 957 THROUGH 1061 INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OR CONDOMINIUM
