UNIT 10509, PHASE 9, VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8613, PAGE 1168, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8620, PAGE 3104, AS AMENDED BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8669, PAGE 1526, AS AMENDED BY FIFTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8710, PAGE 2513, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
