NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2014 entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010291-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA14, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA14. is the Plaintiff and Nileida R Reitz; Unknown Spouse of Nileida R. Reitz; Sunset Lake of Orlando Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1413 OF SUNSET LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8472, PAGE 3367, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
