NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004890-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WTH OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 285, LP is the Plaintiff and ALEXANDRA MITCHELL; AMSOUTH BANK; METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 151 E WASHINGTON STREET #328, ORLANDO, FL 32801; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 151 E WASHINGTON STREET #328, ORLANDO, FL 32801 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com , , at 11:00 a.m. ET on the 24 day of APRIL, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 328, THE METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7630, PAGE 3798, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION FOR THE METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO THE USE OF PARKING SPACE #169 AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
