NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of March, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. that certain property situated in the County of Orange, State of Florida, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A.

That part of the North 330 feet of the East 125 feet of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 20 South, Range 28 East, Orange County, Florida, lying South of road.
Together with the 1970 Hillcrest mobile home VIN HF4409D, title no. 3879384; and the 1965 Frontier mobile home VIN 4501377, title no. 6822892, situate thereon.
