NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2011-CA-015706-O, in which Citimortgage, Inc., is Plaintiff, and William J. Whitaker; Evelyn C. Whitaker; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Cypress Chase Homeowners' Association of Orange County, Inc, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
