NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010167-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA, BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALANA MOODIE A/K/A ALANA HUE-THI MOODIE; CYPRESS SPRINGS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; STEVEN T MOODIE A/K/A STEVEN THOMAS MOODIE; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ANA CORDERO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25th day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, CYPRESS SPRINGS, PARCEL “R”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 143 THROUGH 147, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
