NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008809-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Terry Smith; Kelli Smith a/k/a Kellie Smith; Orange County, Florida; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, RAMIR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
