RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale filed December 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001886-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JOHN L. BURCHETT, II, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 59, CYPRESS SPRINGS UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 25-26, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
