Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 7, thence run South 89 degrees 40 minutes 46 seconds East along the North line of said Lot 7, a distance of 83.27 feet; thence South 18 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds East, 78.23 feet; thence South 25 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East, 45.48 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Kings Cove Court, said point being on a curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of South 64 degrees 22 minutes 46 seconds West, run Westerly along the arc of said curve and said right-of-way line 48.68 feet through a central angle 21 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds to the Southerly most corner of said Lot 7, thence North 47 degrees 01 minutes 24 seconds West along the Southerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 153.66 feet to the Westerly line of Lot 7, thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds East, 22.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
