NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-007249-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and YVONNE M. DOVAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVONNE M. DOVAL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 169, AVALON PARK VILLAGE 5; ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 58 THROUGH 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
