NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3 ,2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015489-35 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WTH OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 285, LP is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL GONZALEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC. (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.); LEXINGTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE COUNTY; LYDIA GARDNER, CLERK OF COURT ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CATHERINE GONZALEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA; JUDITH RIVERA; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 11500 WESTWOOD BLVD UNIT #1414, ORLANDO, FL 32821 AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 11500 WESTWOOD BLVD UNIT #1414, ORLANDO, FL 32821 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com , , at 11:00 a.m. ET on the 6 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1414, OF LEXINGTON PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8687, PAGE 2025, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
