NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005737-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Timothy W. Walden; Jean Walden; Huckleberry Fields Homeowners Association, Inc.; Waterford Lakes Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, HUCKLEBERRY FIELDS, N-1A, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
