NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014 and entered in this case of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein Carlos A. Benitez and the Unknown Spouse of Carlos A. Benitez are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00a.m. on March 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 7, Block 2819, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section-FORTY-FIVE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded Plat Book 5, pages 56A through 56E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Property address: 21148 McGuire Avenue, Port Charlotte, FL 33186.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
