Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated the 26 day of February, 2014, and entered in case No. 13-1064-CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BURNT STORE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW C. HINTON and SANDRA L. HINTON , CHARLOTTE COUNTY, and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 2 day of April, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 2 BLOCK 954, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 21, a Subdivision, according the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 1-A through 1-Z- 21, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
