NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 18, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-001128, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN R. VILLOPOTO A/K/A KATHLEEN VILLOPOTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN R. VILLOPOTO A/K/A KATHLEEN VILLOPOTO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 27 day of June, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1645, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 1A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1359 ABSCOTT ST., PORT CHARLOTTE, FLORIDA 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
