NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-001971 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and GARY C TRUAX; SUSAN A TRUAX; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
