NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 26 day of February, 2014, in Civil Action No. 13-CA-001065 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MICHAEL J. KARDANOW, KRISTINA KARDANOW, and ORNELLA KARDANOW, are the Defendants, and ROYAL VILLAS AT CROWN POINTE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24 day of March, 2014, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 1002, Building 10, ROYAL VILLAS AT CROWN POINTE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 2371, Page 2599, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.
