YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF NAPLES, IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 05/16/1994 AND RECORDED 05/18/1994 IN BOOK 1948, PAGE 1006 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: UNIT E8, VALLEY STREAM TOWN HOUSE GROUP 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 10/23/1973 IN BOOK 558, PAGE 178 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
