NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 3054 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which GREENTREE SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Rafael Gonzalez III also known as Rafael Gonzalez, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Rafael Gonzalez III also known as Rafael Gonzalez nka Tammy Kahlev, Turtle Lake Golf Colony Condominium Apts., Inc. No. 1 also known as Turtle Lake Golf Colony Condominium Apts., Inc. No. 2, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING NO. 3, OF TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 700, PAGE 830, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
