NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003313 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Marie Louvensie Jean-Phillippe a/k/a Marie L. Jean-Phillippe a/k/a Marie L. Theristal are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on March 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 302, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., BUILDING NO. 10, A CONDOMINIUM, AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 566, PAGE 365 THROUGH 409, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
