NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000300 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Rolando Cruz Guerra, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Rolando Cruz Guerra also known as Diana Santana, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26 day of MARCH, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, BLOCK 95, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIERCOUNTY, FLORIDA.
