NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13CA00635, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE BCAP LLC TRUST 2007-AA2 is the Plaintiff and EILEEN REYNOLDS GOLF VIEW MANOR II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 24 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 105-D, BUILDING D, GOLF VIEW MANOR II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 892, PAGES 1 THROUGH 72, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
