NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-00861 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and MARIA R. CARONITI, Deceased; UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against MARIA R. CARONITI, Deceased; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA R. CARONITI; JAMES C. CARONITI, as last known heir of Maria R. Caroniti; VILLAGE GREEN OF BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 8, ASSOCIATION, INC.; and CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 27th day of March 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5828, VILLAGE GREEN OF BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 8, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 868, Page 548, and amendments thereof, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 82 and 83, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY , OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
