Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CC-3792 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BRADEN CROSSINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JASON A. DONAHEY, A SINGLE PERSON and ANGELIQUE VU, A SINGLE PERSON are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 27 day of March, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Braden Crossings, Phase 1-B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 151 through 155, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4671 56th Drive E., Lot 20, Bradenton, FL 34203
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
