AMENDED NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR
THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL
CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on March 31, 2014, at eleven o'clock, a.m. the lobby third floor, Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Units 2 and 3, PARK EAST PLAZA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in OR Book 3207, Page 1541, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
