NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-003781 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and LORRAINE L. CHRIST, MICHAEL J. CHRIST, WILLIAM J. CHRIST, THE ESTATE OF PUAL M. CHRIST A/K/A PUAL MICHAEL CHRIST, STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF PAUL M. CHRIST, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, FOSTER`S CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORRAINE L. CHRIST, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. CHRIST , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM J. CHRIST, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Paul Michael Christ, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 71 of Foster`s Creek Unit II, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, page 132 through 135 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
