NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000176 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, SCOTT FLOURNOY, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 25th day of March, 2014, the following described property:
NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 4, ALL OF LOT 5, AND THE SOUTH 2 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK C, MERRCELL PARK, 2ND UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
