NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-000534 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-BNC3, Plaintiff and Mark George Goodman a/k/a Mark G. Goodman a/k/a Mark Goodman are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE REAL PROPERTY IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS:

BEGIN 260 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 255 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 75 FEET; THENCE EAST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RESERVING A STRIP 10 FEET WIDE ON WEST SIDE FOR A DRIVEWAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
