NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 20, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 41-2012-CA-000362 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and FRANK A WHITLOCK; MAE V WHITLOCK; RIDGEWOOD MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIDGEWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment::
UNIT 112, RIDGEWOOD MEADOWS, PHASE III, A LAND CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1068, PAGES 2601 THROUGH 2677, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO INCLUDING OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1095, PAGE 784 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1095 PAGE 786 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1097, PAGE 1014, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 110 THROUGH 118, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO INCLUDING CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
