NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002322 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Charles H. Butcher Jr. and Sylvia I. Butcher a/k/a Sylvia Butcher, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 168.59 FEET OF THE SOUTH 541.04 FEET OF THE NORTH 871.01 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ON THE WESTERN BOUNDARY, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER PRIVATE ROAD CALLED BRENDLE ROAD PURSUANT TO PRIVATE STREET APPLICATION RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1032, PAGE 2616, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
