NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-004132 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and Damon A. Storhoff and Marcia D. Gorski, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT 531, BURGUNDY UNIT TWO, A CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 181, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
