NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2009 CA 006762, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff, and CUBITT B. GOODLIFFE A/K/A CUBITT B. GOODLIFE; SCOTT D. GOODLIFFE A/K/A SCOTT D. GOODLIFE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; OAKLEAF HAMMOCK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of March, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, OF OAKLEAF HAMMOCK, PHASE I, A REPLAT OF OAKLEAF HAMMOCK PHASE I, PLAT BOOK 46 AT PAGE 131 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47 AT PAGE 164 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
