Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 11, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 6, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 139, KINGSFIELD LAKES, PHASE I, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 140 THROUGH 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 26, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
