NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated January 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000757 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff and Theresa S. Bell, Andrew Bell, and Building and Development Services Department of Manatee County, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block A, College Heights, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 77, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
