GRACE PROGRESSIVE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, and UNKNOWN TENANT #3,

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 7, 2014, pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No.: 2012-CA-001307, the Clerk will offer for sale, the real and personal property situated in said County, described as follows:
Parcel 1A: Lot 6, Block A, Horton's Subdivision, in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 134, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.


Parcel 2A: Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and the North 50 feet of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block A, Horton's Subdivision, in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 134, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida

Together with all Personal Property defined as all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by Grantor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Property; together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such property; and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in an online sale via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
